    Q:  How do I redeem a Gift Card?

    A:  Please visit our Gift Card FAQs page for a very detailed step by step guide.
         Should a problem arise do contact us and we will gladly help. You can contact

         customer service telephone line is open weekdays from 9 to 5.

    Q:  Are there LushBite e-Gift Certificates?

    A:  No. Currently we only offer Gift Cards sent to you or a person of your choice
         via postal mail.

    Q:  Do you do back orders?

    A:  No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock our customer support
         team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a
         replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement
         item is requested.

    Q:  Do you have a paper catalog?

    A:  No. Ours is exclusively a virtual catalog. That's because we want to ensure
         that our customers have access to the most current price and overall selection.
         If there is a particular product that you are interested in, please feel free
         to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.

    Q:  My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my
          current account?

    A:  You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account      online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

            1.  Visit the website and click on "My Account" found in the upper right-hand              corner of the page or bottom page left.

            2.  Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and
                 password.

            3.  Once logged in, click on "View or change my account information."

            4.  Type your new e-mail address.

            5.  Click the orange button "Update."

            6.  Your e-mail will be updated.

    Q:  How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

    A:  Easy. Simply click the "unsubscribe" link found on the last newsletter email      you have received and we will honor your request. .

    Q:  Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

    A:  Yes! If an item you order goes on sale on LushBite within
         10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day
         time frame and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method
         of payment.

    Q:  The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

    A:  For a product out stock we provide a way to be notified when the product
         becomes available. Simply provided your name and email in the apposite      fields.

    A:  Unfortunately, LushBite does not know if an item will go on sale
         or be marked down until it actually happens. The best way to catch a great
         sale would be to visit the sales page.

    Q:  Why should I subscribe to the Newsletter?

    A:  Our Newsletter keeps you informed on current sales, promotions, and
         new products entering our catalog. Moreover, you will find links to recipes,
         editorials, and other educational and entertaining material accessable solely
         by Newsletter subscribers. All first time Newsletter subscribers will receive
         a five dollar discount on their first purchase exceeding twenty dollar value.

    Q:  How is the $5 discount Coupon for having subscribed to the
          Newsletter applied to my purchase?

    A:  Upon subscribing to our newsletter, after receiving the confirmation
         email prompting you to accept the subscription, our software stores
         the email address you submitted for the subscription. Hence, whenever
         you are ready to shop your email address is matched with that of the
         subscription and consequently a five dollar discount is automatically applied
         to the total cost of your purchase during your checkout process. Note that
         the five dollar discount is valid only for your first purchase. Moreover, it is
         valid only if your first purchase exceeds twenty dollar value.

    Q:  I subscribed to the Newsletter but I don't see the $5 discount coupon

    A:  The discount is automatically added during checkout for your first purchase.
         Know that the Newsletter subscription five dollar discount is applied
         solely for purchases exceeding $20 value.

    Q:  Do you accept international credit cards?

    A:  Currently LushBite can accept international Credit Cards. Please
         note that the Credit Card must be issued and contain a logo frome either Visa,
         Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

         Moreover, please note that only a selected number of products are elegible for
         "International Shipping"; products eligible for "International Shipping" are
         clearly marked.

    A:  Yes, we do.

    Q:  Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    A:  LushBite is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped
         within New York State. If you are shipping to any place inside New York State,
         the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed
         on your final order confirmation. Note that for New York State a great majority
         of edible food products are exempt from Sales Taxes.

    1.

    Q:  What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

    A:  Like all website, LushBite employs a session cookie sent to
         a visitor web browser to facilitate interaction. This session cookie contains
         simply the session ID number which identifies the visitor to the store, as
         separate from other visitors. The session cookie contains no personal identity
         information, and in itself is thus anonymous as a 3rd party cannot use
         anything in the cookie to identify the visitor in any way. This session cookie
         expires at the end of the visitors’s session in the browser.

         The session ID number sent by the cookie to a visitor’s browser is used
         primarily to recognize what the visitor has done during a visit to the store.
         This includes things like: whether the visitor has put something in their
         shopping cart and whether they have logged in to their store personal account.

         Thus, a visitor to LushBite has to allow cookies on the chosen
         web browser in order to purchase products (most web browsers are installed
         with cookies enabled).

    2.

    Q:  When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been
         an authorization failure. What went wrong?

    A:  Please double check the credit card number, expiration date on your card,
         security code in the back of the card, and billing address. Also, please
         be aware that LushBite currently accepts Visa, MasterCard,
         Discover, American Express for credit card payment. Moreover, we
         accept payments via Paypal.
