• If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 15 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the product/s.
• Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-212-7295069 for a Return Approval. Returned items without approval will not be refunded. You can also file a request for a return via email using our Contact page.
• Gift Services are not refundable
• All items must be returned unopened and unused in original sealed product packaging for refund or an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees.
• A credit will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise.
• A restocking fee up to 20% of the item(s) purchase price may be charged at our discretion, to cover our initial shipping expense (if the order was shipped for free to you, it was not free to us).
• Authorized Exchanges: we would be happy to exchange products within 30 days of purchase. Note that our general return policy and guideline outlined above applies to all exchanges. No restock fee will be assessed if the exchange is for an equal or greater value product/s.
• Due to the nature of the products, perishable products such as Cheese and Meat/Deli cannot be returned or refunded.
• We do not accept returns on special orders or clearance items.
