French Anchoïade is a traditional Provençal spread with anchovies as the dominant flavor, but judiciously complemented by Nyons olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, and a mixture of herbs.

It is incredibly succulent spread on fresh country bread. Also, use it as dip for raw vegetables.

Vignolis is cooperative that unites more than 1000 farmers from France Nyons region. It was originally founded in 1923. All together Vignolis collects and processes 14000 hectares of vineyards and 600 hectares of olive trees.

Quick Anchoïade Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Anchoïade
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive
     Oil
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
• 1 garlic clove; very finely minced
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl. Gently whisk until mixture is soft and creamy. Transfer to a dip bowl.

Serve with cucumber sticks, celery stalks, carrots, cherry tomatoes, radishes...
