Ready-to-use light and delicate emulsion with 50% foie gras, 2% truffles, and no pork. It is an ideal product for the preparation of canapés or bite-size hors d'oeuvres served with mini-toasts. Feel free to add garnishes such as confit of onions, fig jam, balsamic glaze, fleur de sel and ground black pepper. It may also be used for stuffing or as a steak topping "Toumedos Rossini" style.

Packaging features a tube can for easy slicing. Always refrigerate before opening tube can. Open both sides of the tube can and slide out contents pushing from one side. Warm up a knife blade in hot water and cut-out ⅓ inches thick slices. Places the slices in the center of a plate or place individual slices on mini-toasted bread, brioches slices, etc. Optionally top with favorite garnish. Always serve chilled but not ice cold.
