Pommery Green Peppercorn Mustard is a fine filtered mustard enriched with finely crushed green pepper of Madagascar. The overall taste has the green peppercorns shine through without being overpowering.

Ingredients

Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, green pepper 10%, salt, preservative (sodium bisulphite).

Recipe Green Peppercorn Mustard Cream

Servings: four

Ingredients:

4 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of Pommery Green Pepper Mustard, 1 liqueur glass of dry white wine, 1 small ladleful of stock.

Directions

• Put the egg yolks, mustard, and white wine into a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add salt and pepper.

• Whisk the mixture over low heat. It will double in volume and become creamy.

• Heat the stock. Gradually and steadily pour one ladleful of stock (taken directly from the cooking recipient) onto the cream. Immediately whisk until a light smooth cream is obtained.

• Pour over meat or fish of your choice.
